Melissa is very much focused on the “how” you things rather than “why” and strives to help you learn the best coping mechanisms for dealing with certain issues that may trigger you and cause you to overthink things or make decisions that do not benefit your wellbeing.
Melissa uses Hypnosis to create a state of focused attention which allows for her to access the clients unconscious mind and help them to re program some of the less effective strategies that have been holding the client back with progress in various aspects of their life.
