I'm an Accredited Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist and Treasurer for the HCA (Hypnotherapy Council of Australia). I am based in Tamworth, NSW, servicing the local area and beyond. I am helping people overcome their mental road blocks, let go of anxiety and stress, enhance how they respond to the world and take back control of their lives and I can help you too.

Having trained at the Institute of Applied Psychology and received my Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, I now seek to help others who also are struggling. In the past, I have experienced anxiety and depression and Hypnotherapy helped me move beyond these issues. I now use the same principles to help others create a better future.
