Having suffered for many years, I knew my desire to heal was strong enough, when I reached a tipping point in my life.  I knew that I wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same.  And I was willing to do the work to make that change. And I did! Having had such an amazing result, I knew that this was my destiny to help others that were also struggling. I am living proof that change is possible! As someone who experienced childhood trauma, I understand how challenging it is to find relief and hope during times of struggle. So it’s fair to say that most of my clients come to me with no hope and no way of overcoming their hardships. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist, I support my clients using a multitude of tools and techniques. I do this in a way that is personalised to your needs and your goals. I put my all into each session to ensure that you get results. I believe that I not only have the emotional experience to help my clients, I also studied a variety of transformational life methods including NLP, Time-Line Therapy™, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy. I established this business to help people like you. I assist clients with solutions on physical, emotional and psychological concerns such as anxiety, phobias, depression, performance study skills, motivation, confidence, trauma, PTSD, stress and many more including inner child work.
