Strategic Psychotherapy/Gordian Therapy: Through strategic questioning and reframing techniques, we'll work together to identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour that are holding you back, so that you can shift your perspective, unlock new possibilities and attain control.
Clinical Hypnotherapy: A process involving a heightened state of focus, relaxation and attention. This empowers you to shift your habits and patterns driven by the unconscious mind (when the logical part of your mind knows you should stop for example).
Coaching: Involving the use of targeted coaching strategies, tools, goal setting and well formed condition frameworks for you to get the results faster and more effectively than if you were on your own.

At The Inward Process, we understand that people aren't broken, or flawed, nor do they need to get their "act" together - but instead, that they are running outdated beliefs, patterns and coping strategies learnt from their past that don't serve their highest good. We recognise that everything from mundane tasks like taking a shower, to something more complex like executing a business plan, all the way to anxiety, procrastinations, addictions or anger for example, is a process.
