Yes. All of our courses are available to be completed online via Zoom Live Broadcast and self-paced online learning; and, this meets ASQA requirements for our accredited courses.
The main impact of COVID-19 is on our capacity to be able to deliver the face-to-face training modality due to the spacing rules that apply to event centres and indoor environments.
If a course has been changed from Face-to-Face to Live-Broadcast; can I still do a Face-to-Face training in the future?
Every enrolled student will receive communication with what you will be able to do within 2 years from the course date, subject to our terms and conditions. Please check your student portal.
Will face-to-face training return for IAP courses?
Absolutely. As soon as it is safe to do so and when any Governmental regulations and restrictions enable us to continue to deliver our high level of training in a face-to-face environment.

Yes and this has been done. Our live-broadcasting is compliant with the ASQA delivery modalities due to Covid-19.

No. Our assessments for courses are not affected and will be delivered within the timeframes outlined per course in the student portal.
Will the quality of the training be affected by changing from a face-to-face modality to live-broadcast?
No, in fact, the hundreds of students that we trained via Zoom Live Broadcast across 2019 (due to COVID-19) received the same high quality of training and not only received a great course, but they also loved learning via Zoom.
