Strategic Psychotherapy in combination with Clinical Hypnotherapy is a powerful duo treatment.
It is simple solution focused treatment that in many cases will be a brief intervention therapy of around 4-6 sessions.
Strategic psychotherapy will seek to find how a person maintains their problem. It will then break down old patterns of thought and behaviour, and new processes will be learnt and embedded through hypnotherapy.
This method can create lifelong solutions to problems including addictions.
Constantly talking about problems only serves to keep them alive in our everyday thoughts. Cycling thoughts are often about the past. Maybe you find yourself saying “I wish I had”, or “maybe I should’ve”, or “if only I’d said or done this”.
Solution focused therapy can teach you to let go of the past so you can enjoy the present moment and look forward to the future.
