Treatment Approach
My treatment approach is engaging and solution focused. Together we build rapport and tailor a treatment plan to suit your individual needs. Getting to know all of my clients and their interests is an important step in our sessions. This allows us to recognize strengths and resources that we can use in therapy to change unwanted thought patterns and behaviors. I use the Gordian Pillars of Psychotherapy and a Neo-Ericksonian approach to hypnotherapy and provide a safe non-judgemental space for every client.
When working with children I use my years or experience in the field to create an engaging and safe environment, where kids can just be themselves. I see each child or young person as a unique individual and working with them to learn new skills, see their capabilities and change negative thought patterns is something I'm extremely passionate about.
