Treatment Approach
  • Hilltop Hypnotherapy “When life changes to be harder, create yourself to be stronger”- Margaret Muscat I like to keep things simple and my approach to helping clients is to not use technological terms that confuse or require Google to find the meaning! Helping others from my own life journey and experiences has been shared to many with passion and understanding and trust. I find passion in helping clients help themselves understand their thought patterns and processing, and limiting beliefs and instil suggestions through hypnosis on how to create change using their own skillset to achieve change. Through my vast understanding and long term struggle with mental health I learnt what processes kept me stuck in a negative mindset and the constant focus on the negativity of my critical voice. Changes occurred from the first Clinical Hypnotherapy session and working through and changing my limiting beliefs. The replaced belief of “I can’t” and “I’ll try” -through counselling to after hypnotherapy I believed -“I can”. That new belief led me to achieve a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programing and Timeline Therapy (NLP) in 2018. The power of words and suggestibility to the subconscious mind, utilising the imagination to create change, is processed much quicker than the process of counselling the conscious mind and using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, from my experience I describe it like being on a constant merry-go-round. Now you’ve found the answer you were looking you will be guided, to find the tools, then use the appropriate tools to get the mind running back to optimal level to feel aligned again. Utilizing the tools you carry the mindset, our way of thinking and believe the way we perceive life and how we contribute to behaviours and actions and how we create or do or don’t do, due to self- conditioning and our own self critic. Reprogramming yourself to be confident and cope better and more effectively. Ready to make the journey successful and enjoyable. Looking forward to meeting you- Margaret
