POSITION SUMMARY
This is a fun, varied administrative role that requires you to be the first point of contact for all student queries relating to courses, sales support, clinic bookings, and reporting for our RTO function.
Sole administrator for all our training courses Australia wide. This allows you to support our trainers when they are training interstate, as well as our Sydney based trainers.
Book people in to our clinic and must also provide support to the Director of Training and the Managing Director of the company.
Build strong relationships with our suppliers, and maintain these in your day to day role.
Manage the supplies and operations of the office, i.e. mail, kitchen, stationery supplies, printers, cleaners etc
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES
General responsibilities
- Attend to mail
- Business applications e.g. Business Insurance, Workers Compensation
- Sales Support for all sales
- Planning logistically for training courses Australia wide.
- Preparing Head Trainer and other Trainers in set up for trainings
- Planning and book of all training courses Australia wide
- Liasing with accountants for bookkeeping and reporting.
Student Support
- Assist students with all enquiries relating to any aspect of RTO including assessments and requirements
- Sending out Welcome Letters and course material for all registered students
- Printing and distribution of all course certificates
- Maintenance of RTO student database (for past and current students)
- Be the first point of contact for students with questions relating to our courses
- Process Assessments for IAP according to the RTO assessment process
- Produce certificates for students that have passed assignments & exams
- Maintenance of all RTO registrations, including reporting
Systems
- Maintain current LMS process and Disc stations for Student Assessments
- Instruct and explain marketing procedure to assessors ensuring they have all the information they require to Mark exams.
- Compliance of assessor credentials as per Company policies and processes
Training Coordinator
- Supporting the Managing Director:
- Calendar management – ensuring that training programs
- Booking and preparing training venues
- Preparing Presentation / updating course material
- Preparing student / training course materials
- Be the first point of contact for all office facilities and maintenance.

The ability to make practical sales distinctions based on previous experience is required.
EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT) AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an Office environment
- Prior experience working in a Training environment – particularly an RTO would be helpful
