Her career began with a 15-year tenure at ANZ Bank, where she held senior leadership roles across customer service, change management, and complex complaint resolution, working closely with C-suite executives, board directors, consultants, and external regulators. Anna pioneered an agile approach to system-level change and built change capability across a 32,000-strong national workforce during multiple large-scale transformation projects.
As an entrepreneur, Anna has run her own successful consultancy for nearly three decades—proving her strategic acumen, resilience, and ability to build deep referral networks in competitive markets.
