Barbara is our Managing Director. Barbara was a Business Analyst and soft skills trainer in the financial services area before deciding that she wanted to focus on people rather than numbers. She initially did the NLP Practitioner Certification and then went on to do all of the NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy courses IAP offers. Her passion is still training that makes a difference in people’s lives, and is the catalyst behind the Applied Business Psychology arm of the IAP.
