Treatment Approach
My approach is part of short therapies and is focused on solving problems.
I focus my expertise on sleep disorders and related problems such as anxiety, stress, intrusive thoughts, self-esteem, and addictions: tobacco, alcohol, and cannabis.
I also offer unique sessions to stay in control and manage specific situations such as job interviews, exams, public presentations, social events, dates, etc…
As a Public Health and Educational Sciences master’s graduate, I have evolved as a project manager, supervisor, trainer, and assistant lecturer in different professional environments. I navigated in the not-for-profit sector, education, private companies, and as a self-employed person. For years, I have imposed on myself stress and anxiety, leading me to restlessness and loss of sleep. Hypnotherapy has allowed me to live my life more serenely, develop methods of compartmentalisation, manage my thoughts, and thus regain quality sleep. Realising how quick and profitable it can be to change one’s situation, I decided to go further. I obtained my diplomas in Counseling and Psychotherapy (specialised in Hypnotherapy) with the Australian Institute of Applied Psychology (Sydney), corresponding to more than 1200 hours of theoretical and practical training. My approach resonates with people who, like myself before, need to develop their compartmentalisation and stop letting themselves be invaded by their thoughts. If you’re ready to change and enjoy life, I can help you. I also address the consumption of tobacco, alcohol, and other addictive products or practices. Addiction mainly develops as a way of managing our emotions and thoughts. I propose to learn different ways to soothe or disconnect and stop or control consumption, whatever it is. Additional support from a general practitioner or specialist is recommended for some people. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information, depending on your situation.
